Department of Social Work is one of the Honours and Master’s Course teaching departments in Jessore Government City College, Jessore. The department started functioning as an Honours Department in the academic session 2004 – 2005. The department commenced Master’s Programme in the academic session 2011 – 2012. The department can enroll 110 students in each academic session. Four devoted and competent teachers run the department with dexterity and sincerity
