The site, known as Beaver Bank Villa, has a long history and many years ago contained housing, a community hall, fire station, school, church, convenience store, and more (all demolished in 2004) to support workers at a nearby military radar base that operated in the 1950s and 1960s. Cobblestone streets and driveways were all that remained, and the fake town was built on top of them. When Boyd enters a distant tree, he finds himself at the bottom of a well.

It was very exciting before, but now it’s become a drama that feels inappropriate

Seasons 1 and 2 were lit, but they needlessly stretched out the episodes in Season 3, which is irritating. The Season 3 episode was good, but after that, they just pile on moments that don’t allow us to emotionally connect to the situation and I mostly fast-forwarded through several unwanted conversations with the characters. I think after the first episode of Season 3, the rest of the 8 episodes can actually be compressed into 3 episodes max.

Maybe they have plans for another season

But this method of extending episodes is not ideal because most fans find it irritating, including me. I hope they fix it in the next season.
